Shkodran Mustafi appeared to aim a dig at Arsenal in his farewell message to close friend Mesut Ozil.
The 32-year-old hasn't played football for over 10 months under Mikel Arteta who has frozen him out of his squad in the Premier League and Europa League.

His departure has split Arsenal fans, but Mustafi has stayed loyal to his fellow German compatriot - posting an emotional message on social media.
He tweeted: "Bro, you have been the most unselfish player on and off the pitch, I have ever shared the dressing room with.

"You will be always remembered as the #AssistKing. Unfortunately we as a team haven't been able to assist you when you needed us the most. All the best."
Mustafi's heartfelt tribute to Ozil got fans talking with some Arsenal supporters thinking that the defender aimed a thinly-veiled dig at the club.
One joked: "Mustafi with the best defending he's done in his whole career."

A second tweeted: "Mustafi sending shots at my club."
A third added: "See people criticising this tweet. Mustafi has been treated very poorly from a large portion of our fanbase. 6 months left on his contract with little chance of featuring too often. Don't think he'll lose any sleep that he's upset some people."
Ozil's seven-and-a-half year spell at the Emirates has come to an end as the World Cup winner fulfills a life-long dream of playing football in Turkey.
