Barcelona ran out 2-1 winners against Inter Milan in the Champions League thanks to two second-half strikes from Luis Suarez, but Messi inspired Barcelona's come-from-behind European victory with a stunning individual performance.
Messi, who's been struggling with his fitness, marked his first start of the campaign by producing a sublime assist for Suarez.
The 32-year-old skipped past two Inter Milan players in typically brilliant fashion before picking out Suarez who found the back of the net.

Speaking after his side's win at the Camp Nou, Messi warned: "I am still getting started.
"This the first time that I have completed 90 minutes. As the season goes on I will gradually let loose.
"There is a good relationship in the dressing room. We have a very united group. 'We had trouble getting going in this game but we are getting better."
Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde spoke glowingly about his star man.
"It's the first game he started and finished," he said.
"And it was the first game with a real physical strain because of the rival. And we know he can decide a game with one piece of skill."
