Kolo Toure Absolutely Savages Piers Morgan On Twitter

As if we needed more reason to love Kolo Toure.

It's fair to say, the ex-Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool and Celtic defender is universally loved among the footballing community.

Seriously, who hasn't sang the Kolo-Yaya chant?!

But just now, he's etched his name into footballing royalty after going in - and we mean IN - on Piers Morgan.

Piers was exchanging Tweets with Olly Murs following the 'incident' at Oxford Circus in London on Friday night. Long story short, they're both idiots.

Though Twitter King James Blunt also weighed in. He quote Tweeted Piers' response to Murs which was subsequently 'liked' by Real Madrid's Toni Kroos.

Piers then issued a message to the German midfielder which then prompted Toure to get in the thick of the social media action, igniting a full-on Twitter war.

Well said, Kolo. Well said.
