The Blues are keeping tabs on the Bayer Leverkusen starlet ahead of the 2020/21 season.
But they face stiff competition with the likes of Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid also eyeing the Germany international.
However, it appears that Havertz has his heart set on a move to London.
He 'liked' a tweet which was in reply to Chelsea's confirmation of Werner signing from RB Leipzig. The post reads: "Announce Havertz."
The attacking star then 'unliked' the tweet on social media.

But his social media activity didn't go unnoticed by Chelsea fans.

A second tweeted: "We got the message though."
A third added: "He wants to join the revolution."
Werner, meanwhile, is Chelsea's second major signing for next season after they completed a £37 million deal for Ajax ace Hakim Ziyech in February.
