Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany lifted the Premier League trophy for the third time on Sunday afternoon during the official title celebrations at the Etihad.
Pep Guardiola's side have, without doubt, been the best team throughout the 2017/18 campaign but they couldn't pick up all three points against a dogged and determined Huddersfield outfit.
It didn't really matter though. The likes of Yaya Toure, who will leave the club at the season after a hugely successful eight year spell with the club, enjoyed the scenes after the full-time whistle.
But one moment in particular almost ended in disaster.

When a bunch of players jumped on each other while celebrating the historic title win, City defender Oleksandr Zinchenko accidentally bumped into the Premier League trophy that was sitting on the plinth.
You can see the moment
As you can see in the pictures below, teammate Kyle Walker immediately pointed at the trophy as a number of shocked faces filled the podium.

Thankfully for Zinchenko, the trophy didn't look too damaged. We still can't stop laughing at Walker's priceless reaction.
It wasn't the optimum day for Manchester City's Phil Foden, either. As it stands, the youngster has made four league appearances this season and therefore falls foul of a certain Premier League rule.

This rule states that a player must play five Premier League games to pick up a winners medal after that number coming down from 10 at the start of the 2012/13 season.
In a moment that has caused quite the stir on social media, Pep Guardiola decided not to play the 17-year-old against Huddersfield this afternoon and as a result, Foden will not receive a winners medal with the rest of the squad.
Guardiola instead decided to use Bernardo Silva as his third sub. He even sent the youngster out to warm up on the sidelines, but sent him back to his seat.
