Peter Crouch probably wasn't considered in Gareth Southgate's plans for the World Cup this summer, but maybe Thomas Bjorn should have given the Stoke City forward a chance in the European Ryder Cup team, this weekend.
The forward is known for his antics both on and off the pitch, so maybe his infectious personality would have helped England lift the famous trophy.
Just imagine the scene. Peter would have performed the robot celebration after every goal, while controlling England's Twitter account throughout, so even when we were knocked out in the semi-final, the constant stream of comedy gold would have undoubtably lifted spirits. It's a win-win.

You should have thought about it, Thomas.
Shortly after his goal helped Paul Lambert's side pick up a point in the relegation battle last season, Crouch's name began to trend on Twitter but it wasn't because of his goal against Joe Hart.
A series of images emerged of the 6ft 8 striker playing golf and they quickly went viral.

There are so many questions, but perhaps the most obvious is - why doesn't he buy a set of custom clubs to fit his frame?
You never fail to put a smile on our faces, Peter.
