Most of us reading this article will have spotted a well known celebrity in the public and tried for that elusive 'selfie'.
You hastily grab your phone from either your jean pocket or bag, scramble to the camera app and proceed to awkwardly ask for a 'quick picture'. Here's a tip: say that your Mum is his/her biggest fan. They usually fall for that kind of shit.
Anyway, you post the picture on your social media page with the standard caption 'just me and a mate' and wait for the likes to roll in.

Many celebrities are happy to entertain the 'selfie', even Arsene Wenger, who doesn't look like the type of bloke who enjoys having their picture taken with a random Arsenal fan that's probably slagged him off in the not so distant past.
In years gone by, we've seen some brilliant 'selfies', but this unfortunate Arsenal fan failed to secure the perfect snap and it was all caught on live television.
Ahead of Arsenal's Europa League tie against Red Star Belgrade tonight, Wenger was happy to pose with fans in Serbia and then this happened...
Devastating.

Gooners fan Stewart Russell bumped into the 67-year-old at an event for the London Fire Relief Fund. As any normal supporter would do, he asked for a 'selfie' with the Arsenal boss as he gazed lovingly into his eyes.
But, as most guys with girlfriends will know, they can be pretty unreliable when it comes to taking a snap due to their love of Snapchat filters.
It's almost like every photo you see nowadays is of a dog, cat or bear. But in Wenger's case, he was turned into a bunny rabbit by Stewart's girlfriend:
Stewart's girlfriend then chipped in with her own response:
Why do all selfies with Arsene Wenger end in disaster
