If you're a fan of narratives you'll have been giddier than a pig in shit during today's Manchester derby.

Kevin de Bruyne proved to Jose Mourinho why he was so wrong to ignore his talents while at Chelsea, while Kelechi Iheanacho filled Sergio Aguero's role perfectly with a first half goal. Marcus Rashford entered the fray to turn the tide in United's favour and, most importantly, Claudio Bravo endured a very, very shaky debut.

At the end of the first half, with City in cruise control, Bravo let a relatively simple cross slip from his grasp, allowing Zlatan Ibrahimovic to volley United back into a game they scarcely deserved to be in. The second half didn't get any more encouraging for the Chilean stopper, as he somehow avoided any punishment for a wreckless challenge on Wayne Rooney.

The former Barcelona man's display left many people wondering what on earth was so bad about poor Joe Hart, who was sent packing to Torino, last week.

Given that Joe Hart wasn't exactly immune to dropping howlers, was Guardiola still right to replace the England number one with Bravo, or not? Have your say in the comments section, below.
