Oh not again...

Before we dive into another one of these challenges that take over your life, I'd just like to apologise for what you're about to get yourself into.

Now I've said sorry, let's just get on with this ridiculous new trend that everybody is jumping on.

Just a day after Dele Alli released a brand new, 'impossible' challenge that gave us all a massive headache, another celebrity has called out the Tottenham midfielder.

Take it away, Example - this might just be the hardest one yet.

"If you can bang this one out @dele I'll meet you with a free bag of Monster Munch." he said on Instagram..

On Wednesday afternoon, Dele Alli screwed over the people who watched 128 tutorial videos to learn his challenge by releasing a brand new hand gesture, If you don't know the background story because you've been under a rock this entire time,

Dele Alli confused us all with his celebration in the game against Newcastle United last weekend. Since then, he has uploaded a video of himself doing it with teammates, rubbing it in the faces of those who couldn't work it out (me).

Now, a week after his antics went viral, Dele Alli has introduced a new challenge that might just be the hardest thing we've ever seen. Whoever came up with the newest "impossible" celebration has just ruined lives. HOW?!

Spurs teammate Georges-Kevin N'Koudou tried and failed to do the new hand gesture but of course, Dele nailed it, but will his manager be able to produce the goods?

The Argentine gaffer was quizzed about Alli's celebration in his pre-match press conference though refused to demonstrate it.

Can you do Example's latest challenge to Dele? I definitely can't.
