A fan has attempted to expose Lionel Messi in a Twitter thread by pointing out costly moments in the Barcelona superstar's illustrious playing career.
The 32-year-old Argentine forward is widely regarded as one of the best players in football history alongside fierce rival Cristiano Ronaldo.
But Twitter user Keyser Soze has launched a scathing attack on Messi by identifying matches where he wasn't firing at his best.

The Twitter thread, which has over 1,000 retweets, includes Messi's missed one-on-one chance against Manuel Neuer in the 2014 World Cup final.
And Soze once again spotlights the six-time Ballon d'Or winner's failure on the international level with his missed penalty in the 2016 Copa America final against Chile.
The fan also took a swipe at Messi's performances at club level, which includes his failure to assist or score against Inter Milan in the 2010 Champions League semi-final.
Posted below is Soze's thread on why Messi is the 'most overrated player in football history.'
