Was Erik Lamela a lucky man to avoid a red card in last nights Champions League fixture versus PSV Eindhoven?
Mauricio Pochettino drafted on the Argentine winger just after the hour mark with his side losing.
Whilst he didn't have a direct involvement in either goal, Spurs eventually secured all three points in dramatic fashion courtesy of a 2-1 victory thanks to a Harry Kane brace.
Though Lamela did get fans talking following his actions on Tuesday night.
As Spurs were leading, Lamela attempted to hold up the ball in the corner. But the visitors retrieved possession after the ball went out of play to the frustration of Lamela who lashed out at Pablo Rosario.

It appeared he elbowed Rosario who reacted by looking confused. No action was taken with the referee ahead of the two players.

Why has lamela thrown a silly elbow. And the very slim hope we have if going through, would require a better goal difference so not sure why they ain't trying to go for another goal #COYS
