It just goes from bad to worse for Romelu Lukaku.
He may have bagged his first goal in a long spell against Southampton on Saturday night, but he somehow managed to injure himself in a bizarre turn of events.
The Belgian tripped over his wayward first touch and was substituted moments later. It just isn't going his way, at present.

United managed to pick up a point against Mark Hughes' side after being 2-0 down in the opening 20 minutes thanks to goals from Stuart Armstrong and Cedric Soares.
But that man Romelu Lukaku pulled one back in the 33rd minute, and midfielder Ander Herrera made it 2-2 just before half-time with a cool finish.
Lukaku's performance was a big talking point throughout, and it was great to see him on the scoresheet after such a baron spell, but people couldn't help but talk about that first touch incident.
Here's how social media reacted to the incident
Thoughts on Manchester United's draw at Southampton this afternoon? Will they challenge for top four this season?
