Manchester United's 'Leopard Print' Fourth Kit Is Now Officially On Sale

Who wants one?

Modern football isn't always as bad as people think, but the invention of horrendous kits on FIFA now going on sale to the public is definitely one of life's worst modern updates.

Your da will no doubt tell you that football isn't as good as it was in his day, or something like that, when men were apparently men and tackling was allowed and people wore black boots, and such.

Truth is modern football has given us flashy boots, Lionel Messi, FIFA games and SPORTbible so obviously it's the best thing ever.

Occasionally though modern football is the opposite of Dave Gorman's take on modern life and is a steaming pile of nonsense.

EA Sports and Adidas are bringing out 'virtual' fourth kits for Adidas' four biggest clubs but this year they'll be a twist. Not only will FIFA 19 players be able to use them but they'll also be on sale.

No sugarcoating going on here, the United one is pretty awful. Footyheadlines of course come to the fore with releasing the images:

I don't want to judge too much but it's fair to say if you wear that I'm not sure we could be friends, which admittedly might drive some of you to buy the shirt.

You can buy the digital fourth kit on Manchester United's official website for a pricey £65, but you'll have to be quick as their's only 200 units available.

United aren't the only club to have got the 'digital' shirt treatment with fellow Adidas clubs Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Juventus also getting the kits for a 'limited edition' run.

"From digital to physical, part of a collaboration between adidas and EA SPORTS, this limited-edition football jersey is born from fashion and inspired by upcoming street trends right from the heart of Manchester." their official site reads.

"It's made from soft, moisture-wicking fabric that keeps you comfortable whether you're performing in pixels or showboating in real life. Be a gamechanger and be as progressive, innovative and bold as Manchester United's squad with the leopard-print design."
