Arsene Wenger sparked fury during his post match interview on Saturday after he claimed that one of the reasons Arsenal have had limited spending this summer is due to the club's responsibilities in making sure all 600 employees at the club get paid.

The comments made after Arsenal's 0-0 draw with champions Leicester were unsurprisingly met with a chorus of hate, especially with an Arsenal club shop employee who quit his job after Arsene Wenger blamed staff for the club's lack of spending.

As you can see in the above, the employee stated that 'he no longer wants to be a burden' to the club after Wenger made the statement.
