Calvert-Lewin brilliantly opened the scoring against Brighton on Saturday after bagging a tremendous header at the back post.
On the left wing, Gylfi Sigurdsson lofted a delightful ball into the box with the Englishman rising the highest to power home a header.
He flattened Ben White in the process to bring up his ninth goal of the season.

Calvert-Lewin has now scored six Premier League goals, making him the leading scorer in the league.
The 23-year-old netted a sublime hat-trick in mid-week to knock West Ham United out of the Carabao Cup.
And his prolific run has earned him a call-up to the England squad with Gareth Southgate naming him for international fixtures against Wales, Belgium and Demark.
