About Cristiano Ronaldo's biceps. They're big. Like, very big.

We all know Ronaldo treats his body like a temple. He doesn't drink or smoke and is always grafting in the gym, working on his impressive physique.

And it appears the 33-year-old is focusing on his arms judging by the size of them.

He took to social media following Sunday's Serie A victory against AC Milan by posting a dressing room picture.

Ronaldo hasn't got a single layer of fat on his body.

In fact, it was revealed that he has the fat content of 7%. If you compare this to other footballers, the average is around 10 or 11%, according to a report from Spanish publication AS.

He also has a muscle mass of 50%, and again, if you compare it again to other professionals, the usual figure doesn't exceed 46%.

In an interview with Spanish television programme El Chiringuito, Ronaldo confirmed that he has the biological age of a 23-year-old.

He then went on to claim that he will play until he is 41, which doesn't surprise me considering his record of late.

The ex-Manchester United winger just isn't showing signs of slowing down, even if people did doubt him at the start of the season.

"I've still got a long time left, I can keep playing until I'm 41," he said. I'm feeling good, happy, I can't complain. We are playing another final on Saturday and the fans are behind Cristiano."

Although he isn't as quick as he used to be, the five-time Balon d'Or winner still has pace to burn.

According to Spanish newspaper AS back in 2017, the maximum speed that Cristiano recorded was of 33.25 km/hour.

If you compare that to Manchester City's Leroy Sane, the German winger became the Premier League's fastest when he was recorded running at 35.48 km/hour.
