A Chelsea fan has created an incredible tribute video for Eden Hazard as Blues supporters plead for the Real Madrid star to return after his latest injury setback.

Hazard, 29, left the Blues last summer as Los Blancos splashed out an initial £89m to bring him to the Santiago Bernabeu.

The former Chelsea superstar's first season at Madrid was plagued with injuries as he only scored once and registered seven assists in 22 appearances.

And Hazard, who spent seven years at Stamford Bridge, will once again be sidelined after he suffered a muscle injury in his right leg.

One fan has now created a fitting tribute for the Belgian winger as the video opens with his message to Chelsea supporters ahead of his move to Madrid.

"I love them, they're part of my family," he said. "I will always support Chelsea."

Other Chelsea supporters are keen for Hazard to return to Stamford Bridge and flocked to Twitter to share their feelings after his latest injury.

Madrid on Tuesday released an official club statement to say that his "recovery will continue to be assessed."

Los Blancos said on their official website: "Following tests carried out today on our player, Eden Hazard, by Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a muscle injury in his right leg. His recovery will continue to be assessed."

Hazard was recently slated by the Spanish press as they slammed him for his "lack of commitment during the summer break period."

Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has admitted that he is unsure how long the Belgium international will be sidelined for due to his muscle injury.

"I can't tell you how long it'll be. He picked up a bit of a knock in training before the game," he said.

"It looked like a muscle spasm, but in the end, it turned out to be a bit more than that. It's something muscular. It's nothing to do with the injury he's had and these things happen.

"He's been out for a long time. I don't think this one will be long but I can't tell you exactly."
