Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Taunts Tim Krul With 'Shush' Celebration After VAR Penalty Controversy

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang 'shushed' Tim Krul after he scored his retaken penalty to put Arsenal level against Norwich through the help of a controversial VAR call.

Arsenal were awarded a penalty after Christoph Zimmermann handled the ball inside the box. Krul saved Aubameyang's first effort after playing mind games.

The Dutch keeper stalled the spot kick, attempting to put off the Arsenal captain. His effort worked after he saved Aubameyang's strike.

However, the penalty was retaken for encroachment through a controversial VAR decision. Aubameyang then confidently stroked home, sending Krul the other way before taunting the Norwich stopper.

Arsenal fans loved their skipper's action.

Norwich head into the break 2-1 up following Todd Cantwell's strike in first-half stoppage time.
