Arsenal have been hot on the heels of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this month, however, the Borussia Dortmund striker may have signalled that a deal to take him to the Emirates is off with his latest Instagram post.
It had been reported that the Gunners were in advanced talks with the Bundesliga giants in a bid to sign the Gabon international before the window closes on January 31.
In fact, sources claimed that negotiations between the two sides were at such an advanced stage that Aubameyang is increasingly likely to move to the Emirates as Alexis Sanchez's replacement.
However, it appears the deal may have hit a snag, with Sky Sports announcing that Dortmund have rejected Arsenal's latest bid, and the player's Instagram makes a deal look even less likely.

Aubameyang posted the following image, along with the caption: "Hate me or love me."
With the player including newspaper emojis in his message, is it possible that he's extending an olive branch to the Dortmund fans after the transfer failed to materialise despite all the paper talk?
