As it stands, Manchester City will be crowned 2018/19 Premier League champions.
It's half-time on the final day of the Premier League season and it's all going off.
Liverpool, who are facing Wolves at Anfield, opened the scoring in the 17th minute thanks to Sadio Mane, who bagged his 21st league goal of the campaign.

Over on the south coast, Glenn Murray put Brighton one-up against Manchester City. He headed home in the 28th minute. But the visitors immediately hit back. Sergio Aguero leveled seconds later from the restart.
A sign of Champions? :trophy:
City are behind for just 83 seconds before Aguero pulls them level. Nail biting stuff!
