Rafa Benitez may have taken on his greatest challenge yet in attempting to keep Newcastle United in the Premier League this season, but should he be successful in doing so, the former Liverpool and Real Madrid manager will be handsomely rewarded for his efforts.
Benitez was announced as the Magpies new manager yesterday, replacing outgoing coach Steve McClaren and the Spanish manager was officially unveiled at a press conference earlier today.
The former Valencia man signed a three-year contract worth £18m and, on top of that will receive a massive £3m bonus should he keep the Toon in the Premier League this season, according to The Times.

That task is easier said than done, though, with Newcastle currently loitering in 19th place with just 10 games to go.
