Neymar has been branded a "YouTube player" and described as "selfish, overrated and petulant" in a damning verdict following Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League elimination.

Neymar and co failed to turnaround the first leg deficit, losing 2-0 at the Etihad on Tuesday.
The Brazilian superstar was unable to influence the match as his side continue to search for their first major European trophy.

And his inability to steer PSG to another Champions League final prompted a furious rant by Jason Cundy who called the 29-year-old a "YouTube player".
The talkSPORT pundit said: "Neymar is a YouTube player."
He continued by slamming his showing against City, adding: "Good player but not World-class.
"He's selfish, overrated and petulant!"
Neymar was also awarded a disastrous 3/10 by French outlet L'Equipe who said he was an "astonishing waste from the first minutes."

France Football pulled no punches, too, as they criticised his performance in Manchester.
"Was it really necessary to take six touches every time he was on the ball?
"Neymar revealed his dark side against Manchester City. He wanted to do everything on his own.
"The centre of the world in his own eyes, he disgusted his team-mates by serving them much too rarely... Carried away by his emotions again, Neymar was catastrophic."
Neymar is still needed for PSG this season as they look to defend their league title.
