Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot has admitted he "would love" to play in the Premier League at some point in the future.

Rabiot, who spent time in the Manchester City youth academy but never made a first-team appearance for the club, has become an integral part of the PSG side and has started every one of the team's game this season.

A classy central midfielder whose playing style is so easy on the eye, he has been excellent alongside midfield partners Thiago Motta and Marco Verratti.

The 22-year old is happy at PSG, where he has made a total of 167 appearances and won three Ligue One titles, but did talk about the possibility of moving to another league and mentioned the Premier League as a league he desires to get a taste of.

Rabiot even admitted that he was a Liverpool fan growing up.

"There are a lot of very good leagues," he said when speaking to RMC radio.

"It's also enriching to go elsewhere, but for the moment I'm happy at PSG. I would love to play in the Premier League. There's not necessarily any club in particular even though when I was young I was a big Liverpool fan."

Given the way he plays, Rabiot would certainly be a tidy addition to the top tier of English football, and Liverpool fans have already been getting a bit excited after he name-dropped them.

Rabiot, a France international, is contracted to PSG until 2019.
