Samir Nasri is currently on loan from Manchester City at La Liga side Sevilla, having been deemed too overweight during pre-season by Pep Guardiola.
And while that can't have been the greatest ego boost for Nasri, it makes the Frenchman the perfect guy to ask about what exactly is going on at the Etihad. According to the former Arsenal star, Guardiola has introduced a strict no-sex after 12am rule, in a bid to improve players' performances on the pitch.

Nasri was on the French TV show L'Equipe du soir on Monday night when he lifted the lid on the ex-Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager's rulebook.
He said: "For him, his players sexual activity must take place before midnight in order to get a good night sleep - even if they are free tomorrow. He (Guardiola) said that he placed this rule on Messi and his muscles improved since."
Nasri also claimed that Guardiola told him he had the potential to play for Barcelona and that he was wasting his talent.

"Guardiola told me that I was a mess, he told me several times and even kicked me in the butt, literally. Guardiola told me with your qualities you should not be at Manchester City, you should be at Barcelona. We had some discussions, he wanted me to stay and play for him. I told him no, because he couldn't assure me a first team place, I wanted to play. He told me he thought I was making a mistake, but I still have a 2 year contract."
It remains unclear whether Nasri will return to the Premier League after his loan spell in Spain expires. The 29-year-old has scored three goals and created one assist since joining Sevilla.
