Paulo Dybala 'liked' a desperate fan's plea on Instagram to rule out a switch to Manchester United in favour of becoming Juventus captain someday.

The Argentine star's agent flew out to England on Tuesday to hold talks over a potential deal that would see his client head to Old Trafford and Romelu Lukaku, 26, make the move to Turin.

But Dybala, 25, has dropped a hint that he doesn't want to leave the Italian champions and sees his long-term future in Italy.

A Juventus fan took to Instagram to beg that the Argentina international remain at Juventus and become a club legend.

"This is your destiny Paulo," reads the post.

"Being the Juventus number 10, following in the footsteps of Alessandro Del Piero, wearing the captain's armband in the future to become a legend like him.

"It is already written in the stars Paulo, you can not leave us like this.

"Contradict all these voices, please, stay with us. What is Juventus without his Joya?"

According to the Guardian, Dybala will hold talks with Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri this week after he reports for training on Thursday.

The Juventus forward didn't feature in the Old Lady's pre-season tour due to his involvement in this summer's Copa America with Argentina.

United and Juventus have reportedly 'agreed in principle' a swap deal for Lukaku and Dybala.

And Dybala would demand a contract that would see him pocket £9m per year at Old Trafford.

Lukaku revealed his desire to quit Old Trafford this summer and was under intense speculation over a move to Inter Milan.

But United rejected a £54m approach from the Italian club as they hold out for an £80m fee for the Belgian striker.

Should Dybala leave Juventus this summer?
