Parma returned to Serie A on Friday night.
'Gialloblù' were dumped into Italy's fourth tier as a result of a financial crisis which ultimately led to bankruptcy.
The club have since clawed their way back to the top flight from Serie D. An incredible achievement for one of the most storied teams in Italy.
Parma win their match, wait to hear Frosinone's results from their fans to cheer. Goosebumps:
Parma clinched a third consecutive promotion after beating Spezia 2-0 while bettering Frosinone's result who drew 2-2 against Fossia, pipping them to second place.
Empoli are also promoted to Serie A as champions.
Meanwhile, the play-offs will be contested between Frosinone, Palermo, Venizia, Bari, Citadella and Perugia.

Parma are promoted back to Serie A three years after going bust. Earned three back to back promotions starting from Serie D.
Promoted on the head to head rule over Frosinone after they conceded an 89th minute equaliser at home to drop into the playoffs.

And what about Alessandro Lucarelli, who made a decision from the heart to go down to Serie D with Parma. He was in the courts to face bankruptcy, and his work was unfinished. He played less over these three years, but at 40, he's completed the task. #BentornAto pic.twitter.com/RNHJuUcjU9
