Mauricio Pochettino is on the verge of snapping up his first player of the January transfer window in the shape of Lucas Moura.

The Paris Saint-Germain attacker has been subject to intense transfer speculation with a host of clubs linked with his services. Including fellow Premier League side Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho was believed to be keen on the Brazilian.

But Spurs have swooped in, reportedly signing Moura on a four-year contract according to RMC.

Per reports, Spurs are set to pay £22 million for Moura, making it the clubs first signing of the January market.

The 25-year-old has even been given a tour of Spurs' training base in Enfield ahead of agreeing terms.

Moura has been deemed surplus to requirements by Unai Emery this season. Following the addition of both Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in the summer, Moura has hardly featured.
