Sheffield United have released a statement in response to a video which appears to show Oli McBurnie attacking a man and stamping on his phone in shocking scenes.
The video begins with someone calling out the striker before the man that is allegedly McBurnie approaches him - with the phone falling to the ground, still recording.
The subsequent scene shows McBurnie appearing to smash the device with his foot.
The video rolls on showing McBurnie punching and kneeing the original man who shouted his name on the street.

The Blades have now launched an investigation, saying it is aware of the video on social media.
The statement reads: "Officials at Sheffield United are aware of the video circulating on social media and are currently investigating."
McBurnie is currently on the sidelines after picking up an injury in the 3-0 defeat to Arsenal last month.
The Scotland international has just one Premier League goal to his name this season.
