Last month we brought you the news that thousands of Chile supporters planned a march to persuade Alexis Sanchez to leave Arsenal. But it now appears the protest didn't quite go to plan.
Yes, the march was set to take place this afternoon, with the group's Facebook page clarifying its members, "are tired of watching one of our stars work alone."

At the time of writing, we confirmed that 5,000 Chile fans were expected to turn up and voice their anger at Arsenal's failure to win silverware with Sanchez.
However, Goal would later clarify that this number eventually jumped to 14,000, who had confirmed their attendance on the Facebook group.

Not that it really mattered though, as just five people turned up:
It's not exactly the worrying scenes that most Arsenal fans would have expected when news of the protest first emerged.
However, speculation linking Sanchez with a summer exit from the club are refusing to die down, as the 28-year-old was linked with a move to La Liga side Sevilla this week.
