Nottingham Forest have set the example on how clubs should price season tickets.

The English side may not be playing at the same level they excelled at earlier in their history to win league titles and European Cups under Brian Clough.

But they're a competitive Championship side who always have a chance of achieving promotion to the Premier League.

So, it's a high quality level of football fans are treated on a regular basis and you would probably understand if the club charged high season ticket prices as a result.

Though it seems Forest are well aware of how important the next generation of supporters are with their pricing structure.

As explained by Daniel Storey, Forest are offering 2018/19 season tickets for as little as £10 to children under the age of 11. And the prices for other categories aren't too expensive either:

Surely that sets the example for other clubs in how they price their season tickets moving forward?

If a club like Forest can do it then surely others can - and that should ensure the next generation of supporters aren't priced out of watching their team.
