Real Madrid starlet Rodrygo Goes made Bayern Munich defender Niklas Sule look like an absolute mug last night when he curled a stunning free-kick into the top corner.

Zinedine Zidane's side lost 3-1 to the Bundesliga champions in Eden Hazard's debut game for the club, with goals coming from Corentin Tolisso, Robert Lewandowski and Serge Gnabry.

But 18-year old Rodrygo produced the moment of the match in the 84th minute after goalkeeper Sven Ulreich was sent off.

The Brazilian's first goal in a Los Blancos shirt was made even sweeter by Sule yelling "Try!" at him as he lined up in the wall while Rodrygo stood over the free-kick.

In next to no time, Rodrygo had made Sule eat his words when he smashed on into the top bins on the goalkeeper's side.

Not quite sure about the celebration considering it was only a consolation goal in a friendly but we'll let the young lad off given it was his first goal and it was the perfect response to Sule's taunting.

Brazil Under 20 international Rodrygo joined Real from Santos in a Β£40 million move and is listed as the fifth-most expensive teenager in world football.

He made a big impression on the first-team last night but unfortunately for him he isn't able to play competitive first-team matches for the 13-time European champions yet because all of their non-EU spots are taken up.

Rules in Spain only allow three non-Europeans in every club's squad and it means that Rodrygo will have to make do with playing in Raul Gonzalez's Castilla outfit for the time-being.

However, MARCA say that Real are hopeful that Uruguayan Fede Valverde will be able to solve the situation by getting a Spanish passport so that Rodrygo is eligible for first-team fixtures.
