Mikel Arteta has insisted that Arsenal can still attract world-class stars after claiming that everyone is "very willing" to sign for the club.
The Gunners are currently ninth in the Premier League table and are 12 points outside of the top four.
Arsenal could even miss out on a place in the Europa League next season as Arteta's men will finish the campaign without any major silverware.

However, the Arsenal manager is expected to make major changes to his squad in the summer transfer window.
Hector Bellerin, David Luiz and Bernd Leno are among the Arsenal players who have been linked with a move away at the end of the season.
Arsenal are reportedly set to back Arteta in the transfer window with up to four new signings.

And Arteta has claimed that not a single player who Arsenal have wanted to sign has turned them down since he was appointed Gunners boss in 2019.
"Every player that we have been linked with, or we had some communication with, I haven't seen one that was refusing to come here," he said.
"[It's] completely the opposite. Everybody is very willing to join our club."

"That's always the idea because it allows you time to work with the players, to adapt," he added.
"And, when you have to the amount of changes that you have to, you do it at the last minute you know what is going to happen."
According to Arteta, Arsenal don't need European football to sign top-quality players in the summer.

The 39-year-old Spaniard pointed out that he was more interested in signing for Arsenal in 2011 over the prospect of playing in the Champions League.
"I was already so keen to come before because I always admired this football club and the way they did things, and the way they used to play. So it was an easy one," Arteta admitted.
"That's a really good point and as well we have to take the club to where we want.
"In order to do that, you have to be willing to accept the situation that we have today to achieve what we want in the future."
