Michael Oliver Named As Referee For The FA Cup Final

There's been outrage over the extortionate ticket prices and the kick off time for the FA Cup - and the FA's decision to appoint Michael Oliver as the man in the middle also isn't going down well.
33-year old Oliver will referee a big game at Wembley Stadium for the third time in his career on May 19.
He had previously officiated the 2014 Community Shield between Arsenal and Manchester City, as well as City's EFL Cup penalty shoot-out win over Liverpool in February 2016.
And now Gianluigi Buffon's best mate will take charge of the clash between Manchester United and Chelsea at the national stadium, though it's not proving to be a popular call.
United fans in particular are feeling aggrieved because Oliver sent off Ander Herrera in the same fixture at the quarter final stage last season:

I'm not even going to bother with the FA Cup Final, Michael Oliver has a simple agenda against us, simply we get nothing at all!. Who picked him I wish I knew!.

With Michael Oliver incharge of the #FACupFinal I won't be surprised if #Herrera gets red carded in the first half. He is a horror referee for #MUFC
