While Mesut Ozil finds himself in the midst of a contract dispute with Arsenal, he's detailed a furious dressing room bust-up with Jose Mourinho during his time at Real Madrid.

Like so many, the 28-year-old midfielder is set to release his autobiography later in the year but German paper Bild via Telegraph have been churning out extracts from the book.

And the latest piece is explosive to say the least - It involves an altercation with then-manager Jose Mourinho.

After enjoying three years at Real Madrid under the guidance of Mourinho, Ozil then completed a big-money switch to Arsenal.

But he's now recalled the moment he had a heated exchange with the Portuguese boss. Ozil states the following was said by Mourinho; "You think two beautiful passes are enough. You think you're so good that fifty per cent is enough."

"He pauses. Stares at me with his dark brown eyes. I stare back. Like two boxers at the stare-down before the first round. He shows no emotion. Just waits for a response from me. How much I hate him right now. And I love Mourinho actually."

Not to mention him being called a 'coward'; "Oh, are you giving up now? You're such a coward. What do you want? To creep under the beautiful, warm shower? Shampoo your hair? To be alone? Or do you want to prove to your fellow players, the fans out there, and me, what you can do."

The Germany international won the La Liga title, Cope del Rey and Supercopa de Espana, subsequently moving to the Premier League with Jose Mourinho also heading out of the Bernabeu exit for Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Ozil is a doubt for the crunch Premier League encounter with Liverpool on Saturday with illness, though the club remain hopeful that he'll be able to play.
