Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus? Well, Blaise Matuidi has reacted to the potential sensational transfer.

The Portuguese skipper chipped in with four World Cup goals, which included a stunning hat-trick against Spain, before being eliminated from the tournament in the last 16.

He'll revert his attention to the club scene ahead of the new season. But will it be with Real Madrid?

Reports from Spain suggest Ronaldo could be on his way out of the iconic Santiago Bernabeu with Juventus believed to be weighing up an offer in the region of £88 million.

The 33-year-old has been an ever present at Real Madrid since 2009 following a then-record breaking transfer from Manchester United.

And the thought of Ronaldo ending his association with the Spanish giants for Juventus has one member of their side very, very excited.

"I'm not going to lie it would be just great," Matuidi said about the prospect of Ronaldo venturing to the Serie A.

Despite talking up the five-time Ballon d'Or winner, Matuidi remains focused on France's World Cup campaign.

"However, today I'm a player of the French national team and we have bigger fish to fry, no?"

'Les Bleus' resume their World Cup adventure versus Uruguay for a spot in the semi-final.

But Didier Deschamps will be without the services of Matuidi who's suspended for the quarter-final tie after picking up two yellow cards.
