Our prayers have been answered...

2020 has been a dismal year thus far but at least we have something to shout about.

It's been confirmed that the iconic 'Masters Football' has now made its way to Amazon Prime Video and can be enjoyed by those in the UK who subscribe to the service.

Once upon a time, Sky Sports put together the six-a-side tournament that included all your favourite ex footballers from the Premier League that were over 35.

Games would be played on a glorious blue indoor pitch all over the country at various arenas up and down the country, with the likes of Ian Rush, Ally McCoist, Benito Carbone, Owen Coyle, Peter Beardsley and Bryan Robson all tearing it up.

For a while now there's been a great demand for it to return to our screens - that clamour only increasing when Sky Sports started posting highlights from the tournament on their YouTube channel.

But it's Amazon who have answered all our of prayers. Yesterday, the official 'Masters Football' announced that all the Grand Final events between 2003 and 2011 are now available to watch.

The description reads: "Relive the greatest indoor six-a-side Masters Football series of grand finals from 2000 to 2011 with your favourite club legends gracing the blue carpet. Watch teams from across the UK battle it out for the most coveted trophy in legends football, the Masters Football UK Cup."

There's a total of eight episodes and judging by some of the reviews, fans are loving seeing legends such as Roy Keane, John Barnes and Ian Wright strut their stuff.

Be right back, we've got some Masters Football to watch...
