Paris Saint-Germain have dominated French football for the last four seasons, while Marseille have stuttered.
2010 was the last time the French giants won the Ligue One title and that was the first time in 18 years that they went all the way to win the domestic league.
However they are making some serious moves in order to get back to the very top of French football.

Former Lille and Roma manager Rudi Garcia has been instated as manager and on Thursday the club confirmed the appointment of former Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta, who spent five years in the role at the Catalan club.
With a new American owner in Frank McCourt, Zubizarreta has reportedly been given a massive €200m budget to completely revamp the side and take the club to new heights.
Marseille are the most successful club in France but currently lie in the bottom half of the French top flight after ten rounds of fixtures. However they are appear to be going in the right direction with the appointment of Zubizarreta, who signed the likes of Neymar, Ivan Rakitic, Marc-Andre Ter Stegen and Luis Suarez in recent seasons.
