Marco Reus In Expletive-Filled Rant At TV Reporter Who Asked About Borussia Dortmund's Mentality

Don't ask Marco Reus if Borussia Dortmund have a mentality issue because the BVB skipper really doesn't take it well.

The 30-year old spoke to Sky Germany after Dortmund drew 2-2 away at Eintracht Frankfurt, conceding an equaliser in the 88th minute when Thomas Delaney put from his own net.

The reporter posed the question as to whether Lucien Favre's side have the right mentality to win the league, given the manner in which they fell off last term and allowed Bayern to win the Bundesliga yet again.

But Reus fumed at the line of questioning from the journalist, throwing a few expletives in there.

"This is really going to get on my nerves with your mentality bulls**t," Reus said, as per The Mirror.

"Today? Are you serious now? The 2-2 was scored due to mentality? Are you serious? We played dumb, sure, but don't come to me with your s**t about mentality. Every week it's the same c**p.

"Our main problem is that we can't see out a game but that has nothing to do with mentality. A goal like the 2-2 just mustn't happen. If we make it 3-1 this game is over but we also could have seen it out to win 2-1 but we didn't. That's it."

Dortmund are currently third place in the league after five fixtures, winning three, drawing one and losing one - that being a 3-1 defeat against newly promoted Union Berlin in August.

After going three games without a victory, BVB will be hoping to get back to winning ways against Werder Bremen on Saturday at Signal Iduna Park.
