Manchester United Wrap Up Double Deal
The January transfer window is yet to open officially but reports in Portugal are indicating that Manchester United have already completed a double swoop.
United have been heavily linked with Benfica centre-back Victor Lindelof and now Portuguese outlet RTP are reporting that the deal is done and dusted and that the Swede will officially sign for United in the next few days when the transfer window opens.
Lindelof is set to take on the No.2 shirt and will join United for a total fee of 45 million euros (£38 million).
And United have reportedly also sealed the capture of another highly-rated Benfica defender.
Right-back Nelson Semedo has also been touted to move to Old Trafford and he is set to join, with United ousting the likes of Bayern Munich and Barcelona to secure his signature.
However Benfica do not want to lose two of their best defenders mid-season and so the 23-year old looks set to see the rest of the season out with Benfica before joining up with Lindelof and the United squad in the summer.
What do you think of the two signings, should they go through as expected?
