There's already a bit of news on the transfer front Manchester United, with French outlet L'Equipe saying that Jose Mourinho is closing in on a summer signing.
They say that PSG right-back Serge Aurier is refusing to sign a new contract with the club and he is already deep into negotiations about a summer move away.
There is even a suggestion from one source that there is a verbal agreement in place for him to join Mourinho and link up with former teammate Zlatan Ibrahimovic
However they do also note that despite Thomas Meunier being considered as the first-choice for the right-back this term, the French side do not wish to sell him - even if a bid of 20 million euros comes in.
Antonio Valencia has been in fine form for Manchester United on the right side of defence and he has arguably been the Red Devils' most consistent and reliable performer this season.
Aurier, on the other hand, has struggled for game-time on the whole and has also been involved in controversy. He has hit with a suspended two-month prison sentence after being charged with assaulting a police officer outside a nightclub - leading him to being banned from entering the UK for the Champions League group stage clash with Arsenal in November.
