Manchester United have been handed a fresh injury blow as Antonio Valenica is set to be sidelined for up to six weeks.
United were held to a goalless draw at home to Burnley yesterday as Tom Heaton starred between the sticks preventing Jose Mourinho's side from scoring.
Summer recruit Eric Bailley watched the game from the stands sporting a knee brace following sustaining a lateral knee ligament injury. And Mourinho has been dealt another defensive headache after Valencia's operation on a hand problem. The Ecuadorian fractured his hand during their 1-0 victory over cross-town rivals Manchester City.
Valencia played through the pain earlier in the week refusing to be subbed off. But has since gone under the knife to fix the issue after a City player accidentally stood on his hand.
