Manchester United defender Luke Shaw is getting a bit of pasting on social media after ignoring Bruno Fernandes' instructions against Chelsea.
United and Chelsea played out a drab 0-0 draw at Old Trafford, with neither side showing much attacking intent in the 90 minutes.
And one clip that perfectly summed up the game came in the 79th minute when Shaw didn't listen to Fernandes.
The Portuguese midfielder was doubled up on the left flank and clearly gestured for his left-back to make an overlapping run that N'Golo Kante would have had to follow.

However, Shaw demonstrated no movement whatsoever and so Fernandes ended up passing the ball back to Fred instead.
Having seen Alex Telles put on a really encouraging display against Paris Saint-Germain, getting forward with some pinpoint crosses on his debut - fans are livid with Shaw's refusal and many have called for him to be dropped.
Perhaps Shaw was thinking about the potential of being exposed on the counter if he made the run but surely the risk is worth the reward?

Telles' absence has not been explained but if fit he looks set to start against RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Wednesday.
