Luis Suarez has slammed Ronald Koeman and Barcelona in a tell-all interview after leading Atletico Madrid to a memorable La Liga triumph.
The Uruguayan striker was forced out at Barca upon Koeman's arrival at the Nou Camp and ended up leaving but staying in Spain with Atleti after a move to Juventus fell through.

And the decision proved to be a huge mistake on Barca's part as Suarez scored 21 goals as Atletico pipped both Real Madrid and Barca to the La Liga title - their first since 2013/14.
Playing with a real point to prove, the 34-year-old notched the goal that sealed the title and broke down in tears while on Face-Time with his family afterwards.

A couple days on after getting his hands on the trophy, the former Liverpool man has not pulled any punches in discussing his exit from Barca.
Speaking in a wide-range interview with El Partidazo de COPE, Suarez said: "Koeman, after saying that he didn't count on me, then told me 'if tomorrow it your situation isn't solved, I will count on you for the game against Villarreal. I saw that he had no personality."

Because of the way in which his departure was handled, Suarez felt disrespected by Barca, adding: "Firstly, for the president to say everything to the press, before talking to me. They would use me to try to convince Leo to stay. But, then, they wouldn't talk to me directly when it was about me."

Suarez: "First, President Bartomeu who said everything in the press instead of calling me in person to tell me they did not want me, why did they not say that in person?" :fire::fire: pic.twitter.com/EjiabZdWNu
Feeling a little smug, he revealed he wanted to send a picture to Barca after a stellar season.
