Loris Karius Wants To End Besiktas Two Year Loan And Return To Liverpool

It has been claimed that Loris Karius wants to end his loan spell at Turkish club Besiktas and return to Liverpool after a torrid season in Turkey.

Karius is apparently aiming to return to Liverpool, after being frozen out by manager Jurgen Klopp after the signing of Alisson in the summer.

The move to Turkey was intended to give the German keeper a new lease of life following numerous errors whilst Liverpool number one, including his infamous performance in last year's UEFA Champions League final against Real Madrid.

Turkiye Gazetesi per The Liverpool Offside have claimed that the keeper is attempting to cut his loan spell short and is in dialogue with Liverpool about how to do so.

It's been reported that Karius is chasing money that Besiktas have yet to pay him, as well as his manager Senol Gunes explaining his concerns regarding the German's form in the last month.

Karius is hoping that the groundwork can be laid for him to return to his native Germany, where Eintracht Frankfurt and Fortuna Dusseldorf have expressed an interest.

Besiktas also seem to be planning for Karius' departure, with Fulham goalkeeper Fabri a possible replacement.

The chances of Karius being able to reignite his career back at Anfield seem highly unlikely following Alisson's stunning start to his Liverpool career
