Lord Bendtner's Last Two Goals In England Were Separated By Exactly ONE THOUSAND DAYS

Remarkable stuff!

Nicklas Bendtner opened his Nottingham Forest account last night but were denied all three points as Fulham hit back earning the draw, though the Great Dane's goal set a crazy record.

The mercurial talent joined the Championship side following the termination of his Wolfsburg contract in spite of his consistently below-average performances, returning to England after stints with both Birmingham City and Sunderland.

After a dismal spell in Germany, critics were scrutinising Forest's decision to sign the striker, but the ex-Arsenal man proved his worth by finally scoring his first goal since returning. In the process racking up this remarkable tidbit:

Bendtner's last goal for Arsenal came on 1st January 2014 against Cardiff City.

1,000 days later...

His next goal in England came on 27th September 2016 as he bagged against Fulham.

Strangely enough, the two goal were separated by exactly 1,000 days. This ridiculous stat will only inflate his ego as he continues to ply his trade under Philippe Montanier while claiming he did this on purpose.

The Lord is back... Okay, maybe not.
