Liverpool secured his services ahead of the new season by tabling a world record deal (£62 million) for a goalkeeper.
He's expected to replace Loris Karius in goal for Liverpool's opening Premier League fixture against West Ham United.

Despite being drafted in to become the clubs new No.1, Alisson will reportedly turn down the No.1 shirt out of respect to Karius.
The German currently wears the No.1 jersey at Liverpool, but Alisson is set to opt for the No.13 shirt according to Brazilian outlet UOL.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Alisson took part in his first Liverpool training session, and made an instant impression by producing heroics between the sticks.

It may have been his first day, but the 25-year-old already feels at home.

"It has been a great day which I had been looking forward to," he told Liverpool FC.
Alisson added: "I've had a good few resting days with my family but we all couldn't wait to get the new season under way soon.
"It's only my first day and I feel at home already!
