Liverpool Fans Call Karma After Lucas Digne's Red Card Against Southampton

Liverpool fans believe Lucas Digne's red card against Southampton earlier today was a case of karma coming back to bite him on the backside.

The French left-back was shown a straight red card in the 2-0 defeat at St Mary's, having been dismissed in the second half for an ill-time challenged on Kyle Walker-Peters.

Everton are now faced with another one of their key players on the sidelines through suspension, with Digne following Richarlison in being hit with a three-match ban.

However, Carlo Ancelotti did not agree with the decision and after bringing up Jordan Pickford's wild challenge that injured Virgil van Dijk, the Italian added that the Toffees will contest the red card.
