Liverpool Are Now 19 Points Clear Of Manchester United After Win At Anfield

Liverpool have climbed back to the top of the Premier League after a 3-1 victory over Manchester United at Anfield.

It is an even sweeter moment for Reds fans for the fact that they are now 19 points clear of the Red Devils, showing the massive difference in quality between the two sides.

Sadio Mané opened the scoring for Jürgen Klopp's men, but Alisson's howler would allow Jesse Lingard to equalise for José Mourinho's side.

However, the real difference would come when Xherdan Shaqiri came off the bench to break the deadlock.

With Liverpool 2-1 ahead, the 27-year-old former Bayern Munich and Inter Milan star would complete his brace and score his side's third.
