Lionel Messi's FIFA 19 Card Has Been Leaked

He's back to 94 but all does not seem well...

Lionel Messi's FIFA 19 has been card and though it's very spicy indeed, there are a couple of gripes with specific statistics.

After a couple of years being 93-rated, the Argentine ace is back to being 94 as a CF on the upcoming game and is therefore level with his fellow five-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo - the game's cover star for the second year on the trot.

While he will no doubt be causing damage and destruction on FIFA 19, with sublime stats like 89 pace, 94 dribbling and 91 pace, you can't help but feel his passing stat isn't quite fair even if it has been upgraded by two to 88.

As he has proved on many occasion with silly passes, Messi's vision and passing is utterly ridiculous and he sees things that no other player does. With that being said, surely it's only right that his passing is in the 90's? Plenty of folk on the FIFA subreddit agree.

He is joint-level with Ronaldo as the highest-rated player on the game but you suspect CR7 won't be best pleased at having to share the spotlight.

Juventus' record signing is now a 94-rated striker but in a clip on EA Sports FIFA's channels, he wanted his mark upping to 100 - even scribbling on his card.

A few days back, there was also a potential leak in regards to new five-star skillers on FIFA 19.

Reddit user Koondaleeni posted a leaked list of five-star players in FIFA 19, which has been compiled from the game's beta and Gamescom event last month.

Remember that it's not an official reveal, but it looks like a fair few players will be able to bust out even more tricks.
