Eden Hazard has now scored more Premier League goals than Cristiano Ronaldo.

The attacking maestro starred for Chelsea on Monday night as he bagged a stunning brace against West Ham United.

Hazard opened the scoring in typically outrageous fashion. He then added another late in the second half as Chelsea secured all three league points in a 2-0 victory.

He's now in the top 40 of all time Premier League scorers, surpassing Manchester United legend Ronaldo.

Rank - Player - Goals

38 - Dennis Bergkamp - 87

39 - Louis Saha - 85

39 - Fernando Torres - 85

39 - Eden Hazard - 85

42 - Cristiano Ronaldo - 84

42 - Carlos Tevez - 84

The 28-year-old is now level with another ex-United player in Louis Saha as well as former Liverpool hero Fernando Torres. Though he remains two goals behind Arsenal great Bergkamp.

On a personal note, he's also one goal away from his best goal-scoring return at Stamford Bridge. He's weighed in with 19 goals in all competitions this campaign, the same amount in the 2014/15 season.

Hazard is in his seventh season with the Blues but could it be his last?

Well, speaking after the game, Maurizio Sarri said Hazard's future is in his hands.

"If Eden wants another experience it's very difficult to keep him," the Italian boss said.

"Eden played a wonderful match. When he is able to play like this we are lucky because it is easy to win.

"£100m is too cheap in this market - we have seen in the last windows every price.

"The club agrees with me [about wanting to keep Hazard].

"We are trying to improve. We are trying to become one of the best teams in England and, as a consequence, in Europe - but I think I have to respect his decision."

In a bid to secure his services, Real Madrid will ask Hazard to force a move if Chelsea refuse to drop their asking price.

It's going to be an interesting summer transfer window.
